Monica Casey, a native St. Louisan and accomplished singer-songwriter, brings a blend of personal and creative storytelling to the stage with her peaceful, engaging vocals. She has been influenced by the recordings of Joni Mitchell, Shawn Colvin, Lucinda Williams, Nanci Griffifth, and many more. Monica has had the pleasure of performing as the opening act for Chris Smither, Carrie Newcomer, The Uppity Blues Women, and the original Dixie Chicks with the musical trio, Hot Club Canary (1993.) You can listen to her recordings, Again and Again, Here We Are, and Animal Tracks and Other Love Songs, on multiple streaming venues. After years of performing locally, regionally, and internationally, and teaching in St. Louis, Ghana, and the U.S Virgin Islands, Monica was inspired to illustrate three of her songs into children’s books and coloring books, some of which are only available on Kindle and others at her live shows.

Over the years, Dave Black has kept himself extremely busy performing in a range of musical genres spanning from jazz to blues to rock to even country and folk.  He has performed/recorded with many top talents both local and national including Richard ‘Groove’ Holmes, Farshid Etniko, Bach To The Future, Eric Marienthal, Erin Bode, Little Anthony & the Imperials, Javier Mendoza, Bucky Pizzerelli and Sessions Big Band. Dave is also an adjunct professor at Webster University where he teaches Jazz Guitar, Jazz Ensemble and various music history courses. On his solo CD Alone & Together (Wildstone label) Dave uses his solo instrumental voice not only as an outlet for unlimited expression and dazzlement, but also as a melting pot containing all those varied musical influences that he has acquired over the years.
