What are your hours of operation?

Administrative Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Regular Box Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and one hour prior to ticketed start time.

Gallery Hours are Wednesday - Friday, 12 p.m. - 5 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Where is parking located?

Parking is available to the west of The Sheldon on Washington Boulevard. Please note: We no longer accept cash payment for parking, credit/debit cards only, please.

Additional parking is available at the Fox Theatre lot and the Fox Theatre parking garage on Washington Boulevard, and at meters along Washington, Olive Street, and North Spring Ave.

Parking is also available at the Scottish Rite garage on Olive on nights when the Fox Theatre has a performance.

Street parking is free after 7 p.m. and on Sundays. Garages and lots are $10-$20 and generally take cash-only payments.

How can I purchase tickets?

MetroTix is The Sheldon's official ticketing partner. MetroTix is the ONLY online point-of-sale for The Sheldon tickets. You can purchase tickets online at metrotix.com and thesheldon.org. You can purchase tickets by phone by calling MetroTix at 314-534-1111.
