The 16th Annual Evening of Hope will feature a dinner and concert by renowned jazz vocalist, Anita Jackson, in the perfect acoustics of the Sheldon. Our emcee will be football Hall of Famer Jackie Smith.

Special recognition will be given this year to Hope Center researcher Randall J. Bateman, MD. Dr. Bateman will receive our Spirit of Hope Award for his outstanding achievements in neurological research, particularly in finding new approaches to treating Alzheimer’s Disease.

We will also have a live auction and paddle raise in honor and memory of Jean Maritz Hobler.

Gala tickets start at $250 and include cocktails, dinner, the concert and a reception.

All proceeds from the event support the  Hope Center for Neurological Disorders at Washington University School of Medicine, where scientists are working on cutting-edge treatments and cures for neurological disorders, including ALS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, autism, muscular dystrophy, stroke, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, brain and spinal cord injury, and many others.
