The brilliant minds in The Sheldon’s Education Department have teamed up with the literary experts at the St. Louis Public Library to curate a dynamic, wide-ranging reading list to accompany The Sheldon’s 2023-2024 concert season!

This season’s Book Club list includes 2022 Pulitzer Prize-Winner, Cuba: An American History by Ada Ferrer. This book is an exploration of Cuba’s history from pre-Columbus times to the current day. From her decades of research, Ferrer paints a picture of the country and its relationship with the United States and illustrates its importance in shaping our shared histories.
