Camp SOLID: Invent a Musical Instrument! has been cancelled. All registrants will be contacted and receive a full refund. 

Join us at Camp SOLID (Science of Learning Instrument Design), a day full of fun STEAM activities for students grades 3 – 5, July 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Sheldon!

Campers will learn about the science of sound, with live music and science experiments on the concert hall stage, then create their own unique sound device from recycled materials. At the end of the day, students will demonstrate their sound device on stage at The Sheldon!

Students will work with professionals in science and the arts from the Saint Louis Science Center and The Sheldon.

Lunch is included in the registration fee.

Before and after care is available for an extra fee (beginning at 7 a.m. and ending at 6 p.m.)

To ensure everyone’s safety, enrollment is limited to 30 campers per day.

Cost:

$75 for camp only
$115 if before and/or after care is needed.
Lunch and snacks are included!
