The North County Big Band, presented by The Sheldon and HEAL Center for the Arts, brings together some of the best high school and middle school musical talent from St. Louis’ North County. Led by Harvey Lockhart, select members of the Big Band recently recorded this mini-concert featuring the music of Duke Ellington, with introductions by students and some soul-stirring examples of the musical progress they have made during this very unusual school year.
